LOS ANGELES, Calif. –  Gov. Arnold  Schwarzenegger announced plans to award $9.2 million in grants to 17 California cities and 13 community organizations to combat gang problems in those areas.  The funds will assist with prevention, intervention and enforcement efforts in the areas most affected by gang violence.
