Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff vowed that within five years his department would take control of cross-border human and drug trafficking, but after multiple failed attempts and billions of dollars spent, DHS’ ability to secure the country’s borders may not have changed much since the agency was formed five years ago.  For more details, click here and return back to comment.
