40 million credit and debit card numbers were stolen from at least nine major U.S. retailers, including Marshall’s, T.J. Maxx, BJ’S Wholesale Club, OfficeMax, Barnes and Noble and Sports Authority.  Federal authorities have indicted eleven people Tuesday, said Attorney General Michael Mukasey.
