The Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) recently selected Federal to provide 5.56 ammunition. The multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract totals five years. Federal will begin shipping 5.56 NATO Service & Training, Reduced-Lead ammo in April.

The FBI investigates violations of more than 260 federal statutes. Now it chooses Federal’s tactical bonded technology for duty. Federal produces the Tactical Bonded line exclusively for law enforcement. It achieves reliability, terminal performance and accuracy, according to Federal.
