NEW YORK– The occurrence of females as the main or sole operatives in bank robberies is rising, a trend experts say will squash the current M.O. of females as accomplices.  Nationally, bank robberies conducted by women have risen slightly each year since 2002, according to FBI statistics.  Although it only accounts for 6% of all robberies, experts predict the type of crime becoming an equal-opportunity crime for men and women.
