 WSJ– Defense Secretary Robert Gates wants to reveal the controversial cuts affecting military weapons programs before the 2010 defense budget request is met later in the Spring.  According to Senate Armed Services Chairman Carl Levin, if Gates divulges details of the cuts prior to the budget defense request, some of the decisions to cut weapons programs may be reversed.
