The new Marine Corps Security Force Regiment complex at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station will be commemorated at a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday. The new complex, which costs $48.8 million, is slated to include a headquarters, barracks, transportation facility, warehouse and armory.

The Marines complex will also house two companies from Norfolk Naval Station and a training company from Northwest Annex in Chesapeake.
