Gun-rights advocates are set to testify before a Florida task force charged with reviewing the state’s “stand your ground” law following the fatal shooting of an unarmed black teenager.

The group is meeting in Jacksonville on Tuesday for its sixth meeting. Marion Hammer of the National Rifle Association and Al Hammond of Unified Sportsmen of Florida are planning to testify.

Gov. Rick Scott appointed the task force to review Florida’s law following the fatal shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in February.
