The bikes were among 60 that police seized in July after smashing an alleged international bike theft ring and arresting 33 people. Police said the suspects were responsible for just about all the motorcycle thefts in the city.
Police spokesman Paul Browne said the lot is fenced in but not locked. He noted that the batteries had been removed from the bikes and the wheels locked to make them harder to steal.
