A California man whose alleged Internet rant about killing children led to his arrest has been released on bond.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Joshua Dubin says Eric Yee posted a $100,000 bond Thursday and is no longer in custody. The 21-year-old is due back in court Oct. 16.

Yee was arrested Monday in Santa Clarita after allegedly commenting about a story on ESPN’s website about the cost of new Nike sneakers named after LeBron James.
