As Alzheimer’s Disease becomes a growing fact of life in our culture, more and more departments are facing the challenge of finding missing senior citizens.

The IACP Alzheimer’s Initiatives Program has announced the release of a new training video: Responding to People with Alzheimer’s Disease: Best Practices for Law Enforcement.
Four departments, from across the country, volunteered their officers and resources for the production of the IACP Alzheimer’s Training video. These departments include Dennis Police Department (MA), Vail Police Department (CO), Montgomery County Police Department (MD) and Houston Police Department (TX).
