An Anne Arundel County judge has rejected a request of a number of gun owners groups to impose a temporary restraining order on the Maryland State Police, to prevent having workers from other state agencies review gun license applications.
Anne Arundel County Judge Nancy Davis-Loomis, denied the request after a conference in her chambers today.
The plaintiffs have the option of pursuing a motion for a preliminary injunction to stop the practice.
