WASHINGTON – Military units in Iraq and elsewhere will see a second increase in budget this year due to soaring oil prices.  On July 1, the cost for fuel used by troops will jump, equating to a 34% increase in just six months– more than double the price the Pentagon paid just three years ago.  For more details, click here and return back to comment.
