NEW YORK– A turf war has flared between city police and the state-run police force in charge of protecting ground zero.  The site, owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, is prone to a risk of truck bomb attacks, particularly at three office towers to be built along reconstructed city streets.  To read more on why city and state police are fighting over the territory, click here and return back to comment.
