President Obama traveled to Europe and sought to build international support for a military strike, against Syria for their use of chemical weapons with limited backing from Republicans at home. The president landed in Stockholm and, at a press conference with the Swedish prime minister, outlined the administration’s case for action. He said the credibility of the world was at stake in rejecting the use of chemicals.
