As the dust settles following the brazen Kenya mall attack by al-Shabab militants in Nairobi, Kenya’s President Uhuru Kenyatta has vowed to set up a commission to look into lapses in intelligence and security. At least 67 are confirmed dead as a result of the four-day siege, which ended with dozens still unaccounted for.
