The diligent efforts by these law enforcement agencies have resulted in 13 arrests for online fraud and/or piracy of Rosetta Stone language learning software, and 92 civil settlements.

As part of Rosetta Stone’s ongoing effort to protect consumers and enforce its rights under intellectual property laws, the company continues an active anti-piracy enforcement program partnering with law enforcement to stop IP theft.
