The percent of Army recruits with a high school diploma has steadily declined since 2004, the year in which the Army hit its goal of 90 percent high school graduates.  In the 2007 budget year nearly 71% of army recruits were found to be high school graduates, yet the military stands by their recruits by stating that everyone who is put in the army is qualified to be there.  To read more click here and return back to comment.
