The GLOCK 34 was by far the most popular pistol used by competitors in the 2007 IDPA Nationals and accounted for 54 of the 106 GLOCK pistols in the championship. Statistics from the Tactical Journal, IDPA’s quarterly magazine, showed GLOCK pistols were used by more than a third of the competitors entered in semi-auto pistol divisions.
The South Carolina title marks Rogers second in IDPA for the 2008 season following the Tri-State Regional she won in late March. “Overall I was pleased with my performance in the SC IDPA State Championship. I am continually learning new lessons and techniques from each shooting experience and will practice the lessons I learned in South Carolina as I prepare for the 2008 Nationals,” said Rogers.
Both Randi Rogers and Dave Sevigny of TEAM GLOCK will compete in the IDPA National Championship this coming October in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
