The U.S. military will resume rescue helicopter training flights in southern Japan after one of the helicopters crashed on August 5.

The cause of the crash, which involved one of the HH-60 rescue helicopters and left one crew member dead, has not yet been determined.

U.S. military officials did not find any irregularity in the rest of the HH-60 choppers during the 96-hour check following the crash.
