TOKYO – A U.S. nuclear-powered submarine has been leaking small amounts of radiation for the last two years, the U.S. Government said in a statement Thursday.  During this time, the sub has travelled to three Japanese ports as well as Guam and Pearl Harbor, but the amount of leakage was too small to have any impact on humans or the environment, the Japanese foreign ministry stated
