The shooting death of a bicyclist in Taylor is now raising questions about when a gun owner can legally pull the trigger on someone.
The victim apparently became enraged at the driver who’s accused of shooting him.
Terry Johnson is a lawyer who knows about guns and when and how to use them. He teaches a class at a firearms academy on all the laws gun owners need to know.
“There’s a very fine line to the things you can and cannot do with a firearm in the state of Michigan,” says Johnson.
